WHAT IS A 360 PHOTO BOOTH? A 360 PHOTO BOOTH IS AN INTERACTIVE PHOTO AND VIDEO EXPERIENCE WHERE GUESTS STAND ON A PLATFORM WHILE A CAMERA SPINS AROUND THEM, CAPTURING A SHORT 360-DEGREE VIDEO CLIP IN BOOMERANG, SLOW AND FAST MOTION. FOLLOWING THE EXPERIENCE, GUESTS ARE ABLE TO VIEW, DOWNLOAD AND/OR SHARE THEIR VIDEO.
HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED? WE GENERALLY RECOMMEND A 10FT X 10FT SPACE FOR SET UP, PLATFORM PLACEMENT, CAMERA ARM AND LIGHTING.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN FIT ON THE PLATFORM? 1-4 GUESTS
DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO WIFI? WIFI IS PREFERRED FOR INSTANT SHARING, BUT IF UNAVAILABLE, VIDEOS CAN STILL BE CAPTURED AND SHARED AFTER THE EVENT.
WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVICE? WE HAPPILY SERVE WEDDINGS, BIRTHDAYS, CORPORATE EVENTS, GRADUATIONS AND PRIVATE PARTIES.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL? WE CURRENTLY SERVE SEATTLE AND THE GREATER SEATTLE AREA. TRAVEL FEES MAY APPLY FOR EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR STANDARD SERVICE RANGE.
WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING POLICY? BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT. AN INITIAL DEPOSIT OF 50% OF YOUR TOTAL PRICE PACKAGE IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR EVENT. YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE INITIAL DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

WHAT IS YOUR OUTDOORS POLICY? IF YOUR EVENT IS OUTDOORS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A COVERED OR INDOOR BACKUP AREA. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER ARE SUBJECT TO THE GENERAL CACELLATION POLICY.
WHAT IS YOUR NO-SHOW POLICY? IF OUR TEAM ARRIVES AND THE EVENT CANNOT PROCEED FOR REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, IT WILL BE TREATED AS A NO-SHOW, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE? RESCHEDULED BOOKINGS NEED TO BE AT LEAST 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL THEN BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW DATE ONCE CONFIRMED.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY? CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 14 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE YOUR EVENT FOR A FULL REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT. CANCELLATIONS MADE 4-13 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT WILL RESULT IN A 50% DEPOSIT REFUND. CANCELLATIONS MADE 3 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE YOUR EVENT, INCLUDING SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR NO-SHOWS, SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS OR IF THE EVENT CANNOT PROCEED DUE TO REASONS OUTSIDE OF LATAI360'S CONTROL (E.G., VENUE ACCESS ISSUES, WEATHER WITHOUT BACKUP LOCATION, ETC.) REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
